Accessibility: The property is situated on the side of a hill; walking up/downhill and up/downstairs will be required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Two elevators service the property; however, elevator access is unavailable in some parts of the resort, including access to two pools, spa, fitness centre) and kids-zone, which are only accessible via stairs. All units have stairs leading to them: 1 Bed Grand, 1 Bedroom Grand Pool Suite, Dlx Hotel Queen & 3 Bed Dlx units are on first floors (upstairs), Dlx Hotel Twin and 2 Bedroom Grand Pool Suites are on ground floor, 2 Bed Dlx are on ground & first floor (ground floor can be requested but not guaranteed).
Laundry Service: The Resort offers a Dry Cleaning/Laundry Service as there are no laundry facilities in apartments or on-site. Charges apply for this service, which are payable directly to the Resort. Please check with the friendly Reception staff if you require assistance during your stay. - Transportation advisories
- Shuttle service on request. Please book with reception in advance as the hotel currently has limited staff.
- Available from Hotel to Patong City and return with the charge of Bht. 200 per roundtrip per person.
- A minivan is available for groups and is charged per van at approximately Bht. 350-400 one way.
Shuttle services:
- Effective 1 January 2023, Club Wyndham Sea Pearl will have its shuttle bus to service between the hotel and Patong for Club Owners. Please see below for the details:
