We would like to inform owners of nearby construction and possible associated noise at the end of Winston Street & Coyne Street. Construction is estimated to conclude July 2023, with daily works between 6:30am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The development has received council approval to commence work at 6:30AM.
Refurbishment 2023
This property will be undergoing a refurbishment of Club apartments from 17th April to 20th June 2023. (Dates are subject to change). The resort will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum. Some noise disturbance may be experienced during this time. Further details will become available in the coming months.

Parking: Free limited secure underground parking – 1 car per 1 or 2 bedroom reservation, 2 cars per 3 bedroom reservation. 2.1 m height restriction. No onsite parking available for boats, trailers and water equipment.
Kids Club: School Holidays Activities Program 5 – 12 years old (inclusive). Please contact reception to confirm days and sessions with the resort.
Parking: Due to the recently erected street restriction parking, guests arriving who park on the street will have to move their car every 8 hours between 6am and 6pm. You can park overnight.
On-Site Cafe Now Open: Available for all day snacks and drinks 7.30am to 7.30pm daily. Dine in or take away. See what amazing food on the Restaurant Section below.
Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies, if they have one. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others. Thank you.
