Exchange Terms and Conditions

• 1,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits = 4,500 Wyndham Rewards points.
• $69 exchange fee is required per exchange request. We will contact you on your preferred contact number to gain your credit card details.
• Allow up to 10 business days processing time for Wyndham Rewards® points to appear on the Wyndham Rewards® account.
• Your Lifestyle Qualified Credits must have at least 180 days validity.
• Wyndham Rewards® points are valid for 4 years unless inactivity on account of 18 months, then points are forfeited. ‘Activity’ is defined as earning or redeeming Wyndham Rewards points.
• Only your current Lifestyle qualified credits will be accepted, you cannot exchange Bonus Credits or Borrowed Vacation Credits.
• 1 housekeeping token is required per 10,000 credits exchanged. Borrowed housekeeping tokens cannot be accepted. $116 fee per 10,000 credits exchanged is payable if no housekeeping tokens are available.
• There is an annual exchange cap which is based on the Lifestyle by Wyndham membership tier.
  • Lifestyle Elite members can exchange up to 20,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits once every Anniversary Year.
  • Lifestyle Diamond members can exchange up to 35,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits once every Anniversary Year.
  • Lifestyle Platinum members can exchange up to 65,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits once every Anniversary Year.
  • 100 Club Members can exchange up to 85,000 Qualified Credits once every Anniversary Year.
• The choice to exchange Lifestyle Qualified Credits to Wyndham Rewards points is a final transaction and the exchanged Lifestyle Qualified Credits cannot be returned to a Club Wyndham South Pacific Club account.
